It changes you...

Hey SUCCA’s! So, some of you may be on the fence of whether or not to buy a succulent. This blog is not only to benefit you in the best way possible, but to assist you with the most important life choice of your life.

Should you buy a dog or a succulent?

This is a puppy.

vs.

This is a plant.

Today's blog setup will be a little bit different than previous times. I will be interviewing a dog owner, Madison Jenkins, and a succulent owner, Hannah Pitzer. We are going to see how their lives were impacted and how owning a dog, or a succulent, shaped them into who they are today.

***Note: Each and every statement is the truth and nothing but the truth from each individual. The structure of the questions asked will remain the same in order to see the difference in their answers.

First up is Madison Jenkins:

C: How has owning a dog permanently changed your life forever?”

M: “Having my dog, Daisy, has shown me how to love. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t know what true love is. She has shown me that it’s not only my own life I must take care of, but hers as well. It is truly a blessing that I’m a dog owner.”

C: What do you like most about your dog?”

M: “What I love most about my dog is our cuddle sessions. She a cockapoo, she’s adorable, she is my world. Whenever I’m having a hard day, she’s always there for me.”

C: Do you want your kids to grow up with a dog in the house?”

M: “Without a doubt. I couldn’t imagine living my childhood without a dog in my household.”

Next is Hannah Pitzer:

C: How has owning a succulent permanently changed your life forever?”

H: “It hasn’t really, I just water it once every two weeks. Sometimes I forget, so it’s like once a month. He’ll survive though.”

C: What do you like most about your succulent?”

H: “He looks good in my windowsill. I also don’t have to water it much, so that’s nice.”

C: Do you want your kids to grow up with a succulent in the house?”

H: “I guess only for decoration. I might just spend my money on an electric couch or something like that.”

As you can see, the responses were quite different based on if the person was a succulent owner or a dog owner. They live completely opposite lives, and that’s just because one owned a plant and one owned a dog.

Which path do you want to go on?

Who do you want to become as a person?

'Til the next time, SUCCAs
