Cactus Fashion

Hello! As you probably know, cacti are currently very trendy. Not only is having actual cactus plants in your home trendy, but having cacti on your clothes is very fashionable. So, that’s what we are going to talk about today. Cactus clothes. I have seen so many cactus clothes lately, and maybe it is because writing a blog about succulents makes you notice these things, or maybe, this trend is fairly new. Probably both. My roommate wore a blouse with tiny cacti all over it a few days ago, I noticed a girl in one of my classes with cacti on her socks, and I personally have been looking to buy a cactus t-shirt. And why are all of these clothes all of a sudden having cacti on them? Because its really freaking cute, that's why. So, lets get into some succulent clothing.

T-shirts

When it comes to graphic t-shirts, I struggle to find ones that I can actually see myself wearing. I was never really in to band tees, and I never want too many words on my shirts because I feel weird. When it comes to cactus t-shirts however, I can totally see myself wearing them. I prefer subtle, small, cute designs, and cacti is perfect for this. After looking through cactus shirts, it is obvious to me why these have become a trend. There is nothing about a simple shirt with a little cactus on it that can contradict most people's style. Also, it is not always easy to look cute in a t-shirt, but it is possible with the right one. Socks

Socks are a bit different than shirts; socks aren't the main focus of your outfit. But, socks can be super fun articles of clothing. Whether you're laying around the house or going to class, a fun pair of socks is never a bad idea, and most of the time cool socks will get you a compliment. Even if the compliment is, "I like your socks," its still nice to get compliments. When I think of succulent socks, I think of tallish socks, but I have seen succulent socks in ankle length too. Either way, cactus socks are fun. And if you need some fun socks, you should get some.

Tanks

Cacti are often associated with the desert, and therefore, what better time to wear cactus apparel than in high temperatures? I'm talking cactus tank tops. Cactus prints are perfect for hot summer days, and so are tank tops, so throw a cactus print on a tank and you're good to go. Cactus tanks are often similar to t-shirts, but are often associated with cuter outfits. You know what I'm saying, if you are trying to dress up a little, you would go with a cute tank as opposed to a loose fitting t-shirt. That being said, if you are trying to look cute and summery, you can't go wrong with a cactus tank top. Here's some more pictures to prove it to you.

Moral of the story here is that cactus clothes are cute. I know I said it about five times already, but it is true. Cacti on your clothes is such a trend right now and I have seen it more than in just these three examples. Swimsuits, hats, even skirts (although on skirts it's not as cute in my opinion) can all be found with cacti on them. Almost all of the examples I pictured today came from Amazon, but if you don't see what you want on Amazon, Etsy also has options for searching online, and basically any store probably has some clothing item with a cactus on it if you look hard enough.
